When you are looking at an item in product view (as opposed to catalog listing of multiples) you will note a TAG field somewhat below the “ADD TO CARD” button. The first would usually be a tag of the form “Artxxxx” which refers to the artist of the item. Those tags are used on each shopping page to allow filtering by artist. We are restricted both on the length of the tag field and by how many tags we can display in the filter. Most artists’ full names are longer than the characters we have available. Hence the short numbered reference. The artist name would be available on the artist info item listed when you click on that tag.
